Gaurav Marwal is an Application Engineer at IDFC First Bank with a relevant experience of 1.87 years. He is currently working as an Arête Management Trainee at IDFC. Gaurav has an impressive background in social responsibility and has worked in various roles in the social responsibility team. He was the SoRT Secretary and the head of the core team that organized a 7-day Fundraiser for 7 NGOs. He also led the student body that adopted 5 villages under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, where he conducted events like plastic awareness camp, hygiene awareness, and surveys. He sent technological solutions as proposals to the villages. Gaurav also organized various events like free eye-screening camp, blood donation camps, plastic and e-waste awareness/collection camps, donation drives, tree plantation drive, etc. Prior to this, Gaurav was a Junior Deputy SoRT Secretary and part of the core management team that organized multiple events like Fundraisers, Blood Donation Camps, Beach Cleanups, etc. Gaurav completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology in 2021. He was an active participant in various extracurricular activities during his college days. Gaurav is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about social responsibility. He has excellent organizational and leadership skills, which he has demonstrated in his previous roles. He is a quick learner and has a strong desire to learn and grow in his career.
