He is passionate about building high-quality teams and has managed large global teams across product management, product design, user research, and data analytics. He has expertise in consumer software, platform, enterprise, people management, SaaS, developer ecosystem, hardware, cryptography, and multi-sided marketplaces. Gaurav's operating principles revolve around doing the right thing, thinking in systems, doing what's best for the company, and practicing empathy while being direct. Gaurav holds an MBA from Duke University, a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and completed an Applied Data Science Bootcamp from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
