Gaurav Nayyar is a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record in scaling organizations and accelerating their operational performance. As the COO at boAt, he is responsible for leading the company's strategy, operations, M&A, business transformation, digital, and analytics functions. Gaurav also oversees multiple departments, including supply chain, product, sales and marketing, and HR. Before joining boAt, Gaurav spent eight years at Bain & Company, where he was a partner and led the Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices. He was also a key member of the M&A and Strategy practices and served as the Global Head for Bain's Corporate Finance/Capital Markets CoE. He has over 15 years of experience working with leadership teams across a range of industries, including industrial goods, construction and building products, real estate, auto, healthcare, e-commerce services, and consumer goods. Gaurav is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi. At boAt, Gaurav is responsible for overall P&L and works with the founder(s) to oversee supply chain, finance, HR, product, sales and marketing, and D2C. He leads multiple functions at boAt, including Strategy & Operations, M&A, Business Transformation, Digital & Analytics, Investor Relations, Commercial, and Founder(s) Office. Gaurav's expertise includes advanced manufacturing & services, performance improvement, zero-based budgeting, digital transformations, customer experience redesign, NPS, M&A and divestitures, and strategy. He has also worked as a Manager in the Global Strategy Group at KPMG, where he provided strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, and M&A advisory services.
