Gaurav Nigam is a highly accomplished VP Sales and Practice Head at edureka!, an online learning platform that helps professionals achieve their career aspirations. At edureka!, Gaurav has steered 10x growth for the company from $1M to $10M revenue by leveraging his problem-solving skills, new experiments, founder's mentality, and insurgent mindset. He has worked closely with co-founders to establish an end-to-end growth ecosystem from lead procurement to winning customers, managed P&L of the business with control on leakages, expedited product portfolio enhancement initiatives with new course launches, and mobilized a dedicated set up of high revenue-generating, skill-based Masters program courses for enhanced ticket size. Prior to edureka!, Gaurav worked at Genpact as a Manager - CPG Retail / Transitions. He was a business leader for the client solution group of SymphonyIRI Group dedicated to the French CPG industry. He led three functional business groups, including business insights group, charting and reporting group, and report development group. He also supported the Genpact global BD team by doing pre-sales, secondary research, and mapping Genpact capabilities for prospective clients. Gaurav holds a PGDBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad, a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kanpur University, and a 10+2 in Science from BNSD Intermediate College. He also completed his schooling from Model School, Kanpur. Gaurav has expertise in senior software engineering, research science, and parts-of-speech.
