Gaurav Patpatya is a Lead Software Engineer at Ericsson with over 15 years of experience in IT software development and architecture. He has expertise in multi-tier designing, developing, and maintaining applications, with experience in multiple technologies including Java, C++, Python, Spark, Solr, Cassandra, Perl, Shell Scripting, and Oracle on UNIX platforms. He has domain experience in Banking, Financials, CRM, and Telecommunications. Gaurav has 4 years of experience in technical leadership roles, leading a team of 18 developers and testers. He possesses excellent project management skills and has experience in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall development models, UML, requirements analysis, project scheduling, testing/QA/support, custom software development, end-to-end project management from inception to closing, database design (relational), systems engineering, system migrations/integrations, enterprise-wide implementations, deployment procedures, and rollouts.
