Gaurav Rana is a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry, specializing in ETL development and automation using Big Data technologies. He has spent the last 7 years as an ETL Project Lead/Developer, primarily working with Pentaho Integration. Gaurav's expertise lies in creating ETL scripts and porting data from source to target, as well as writing complex SQL queries to verify data accuracy. He is also highly skilled in data validation testing, having written complex queries in the Pentaho tool to check data from source and target. In addition, Gaurav has created ETL test data for all ETL mapping rules to test the functionality of the Pentaho graphs and tested the ETL Pentaho mappings and other ETL processes. Gaurav's past experience includes working as an ETL Lead at CyberQ Consulting and as a Software Engineer at Eastern Software Systems. He is currently a Project Team Lead at Velocis Systems, where he continues to utilize his skills in ETL development and automation.
