He is leading pricing, sales, and GTM activities to drive growth on BlueJeans VPaaS and has released 4 SDKs (Web, iOS, and Android) under his leadership along with active engagement of early adopters on the platform. In his previous role as a Product Manager at Verizon, Gaurav worked towards enhancing enterprise on-boarding experience via administrative portal, easy troubleshooting, and visibility into account's usage via Command Center. He also notched up security settings for enterprise-wide enablement and built a developer platform experience for integrating 3rd party apps and/or to build web & mobile applications using BlueJeans API & SDKs by extending BlueJeans' secure, scalable video conferencing platform. Prior to his role as a Product Manager, Gaurav was a Principal Engineer at BlueJeans Network, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Adobe, where he gained experience as a software quality engineering expert in various technology domains such as Cloud/SaaS, Video Conferencing Platform, Web Technology, Server technology, Flex framework, and Mobile. He is passionate about developing useful web-apps, REST API integrations to help achieve high-quality results, and perform work efficiently. Gaurav holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Product Management & Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. His technical skills include product management, web, mobile, Android, iOS, infra, and Azure.
