Gaurav Sahu is an experienced software engineer with a strong academic background in computer science and engineering. He is currently working as a Member of Technical Staff at VMware, specializing in C++ and Java backend development and working in multithreaded inline data streaming modules. Gaurav is skilled in data structures and algorithms, problem-solving, Java, and C++. He has received a Spot Award for "Lead through DBS," one of the leadership anchors of Danaher. Gaurav is currently working as a Software Engineer I at Esko, where he is part of the team that developed the Inline Multi-threaded data streamer library that leads to the performance improvement of 40 to 60%. He has also developed an end-to-end Microservice in Java Spring boot which runs a C++ task on Esko Cloud. Gaurav handles the Asynchronous task updates to the client using Spring Boot Web Socket connection. He developed functionality to facilitate the modification of the User Account associated with a windows service in a distributed multi-machine environment.
