Gaurav Saraswat is an experienced Engineer currently working at Qualcomm, specializing in Memory Circuit Design, SRAM compiler design, and Tech nodes ranging from 28nm to 5nm. With over 6 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of excellence in his field. Gaurav began his academic journey at Aligarh Muslim University, where he completed his B.Tech degree in Electronics. He then pursued a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and later went on to complete a Master of Technology in Microelectronics and VLSI Design from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which is expected to be completed in January 2022. Throughout his academic journey, Gaurav has worked on various projects, including the fabrication and characterization of ZnO thin layers by various methods and its application in Thin Film Transistor (TFT) technology. He also worked as a student worker at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and as a Software Engineer with the Performance Testing Team at Accenture. Gaurav's technical expertise includes software engineering and testing, and he has a wide range of skills in this area.
