Gaurav Shrestha is a highly motivated and passionate Frontend Developer with over 5 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a UI Engineer 2 at Acko, where he is responsible for developing user-friendly and performant web applications using technologies such as React, Node, and JavaScript. Gaurav is a quick learner and always ready to accept new challenges, which has helped him gain knowledge and experience in both technical and non-technical fields. He firmly believes in hard work and sheer determination to achieve his goals, even though he did not attend a prestigious institute like IIT, NIT, or IIM. Gaurav has previously worked as a Software Engineer at InfoEdge, where he was responsible for creating performant and clean user interfaces for Shiksha.com, one of InfoEdge's products. He used technologies such as React, Redux, Node, and MySQL to optimize page load and increase the web vital score. He also developed the CI-CD pipeline for the seamless development process. Before that, Gaurav worked as a Software Development Engineer at Tyroo, where he was involved in the development of reporting and analytics dashboard using React, Redux, and Antd UI framework. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. He is also a dancer and loves to connect with people having different skills and personalities.
