Gaurav Singh is an accomplished interaction designer with a passion for creating delightful experiences through design and technology. With a strong background in Computer Science, Gaurav has worked in Samsung R&D, Noida for 3.5 years, where he was responsible for maintaining code quality of the Samsung Keyboard View Module and designing and developing code for various features such as GIF, OTP prediction, and Chat over video. Currently, Gaurav is working as a UX Designer at Cashe, where he is responsible for integrating the Credit line feature of Cashe in Gpay app. His role involves conducting user research to find the gap between product understanding and user expectations based on interview insights, creating new UX flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes, and conducting usability testing on the maze platform to validate new designs. Gaurav is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the National Institute of Design, Bengaluru, which he is expected to complete in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from MANIT. Gaurav's technical expertise includes design, testing, mobile, research science, and software engineering. With 4.27 years of relevant experience, Gaurav has honed his skills in interaction design, user research, prototyping, and usability testing. He is a creative problem solver who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging experiences that delight users.
