Gaurav Soni is a seasoned Technical Lead with over 9 years of experience in the software development industry. Currently, he is working with Tavisca, a JP Morgan & Chase company, as a Tech Lead on products related to travel loyalty. Gaurav has a strong background in software development and has previously worked with Fiserv as a Software Development Analyst/Developer, where he developed risk mitigation solutions using QlikSense and .Net Core framework, WebAPI with PostgreSQL as a database, and Angular for UI. Before joining Fiserv, Gaurav worked with TATA Consultancy Services for a major automotive client, where he provided solutions to minimize pollution and maximize engine efficiency by analyzing data points recorded on test runs, in the form of sheets, charts, and interactive graphs. Currently, Gaurav is leading an initiative on the tech front to move an enterprise application to the cloud by breaking it down into multiple modules, which is used to make bookings for flight, car, hotel, activity, and cruise/tours by agents. He is leading a team of 10+ developers, few from the vendor team and few from the home team. He is responsible for creating technical and functional backlog by discussing with the product team, active development on .Net Core 3.1 WebAPIs, resource planning, milestone planning, tech debts, and ensuring success on all levels. Gaurav has also worked with JP Morgan as a Senior Software Engineer, where he worked on an enterprise application used by agents who handle customer bookings for products like flight, cars, hotels, activity, cruise, and tours. The customers belong to major banking clients who use their loyalty rewards points on their credit cards to make those bookings. He led an integration with a third-party service to raise tickets for customers and was actively involved in development activity on WebAPIs and UI development on AngularJs. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed his XII from Gyan Sagar Academy (Ujjain). He has a strong tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, UI, Software Engineer, AngularJS, test, and integration.
