Gaurav Sood is a highly accomplished Commercial Product Lead with over 8 years of experience in driving revenue growth strategies for technology companies. He currently holds the position of Product Leader at Equifax Australia, where he is leading the digital and customer experience strategy for the ANZ market. Gaurav is the owner of digital channels and is leading streams across global and local teams to launch a Developer Portal, B2B Marketplace and supporting platforms such as Okta, Qualtrics, Document Management Services, and Mixpanel. Prior to his current role, Gaurav served as Director of Product Management at humanxpr, where he provided consulting services outside a corporate career. He worked with C-suite teams in the areas of competitive analysis and positioning, customer and digital strategy, strategic planning, budgeting, pricing and forecasting, sales and GTM strategy, product and portfolio management, and VC fund-raising and investment planning. Gaurav's approach involves evaluating the right-fit due diligence on current vs future state to evaluate the problem domain and key focus areas, developing advice to drive impactful organizational, product, and sales initiatives, and providing ongoing executive support to drive alignment and scale of impact against targets. He has been exposed to various industries such as healthcare, MarTech, FinTech, and eCommerce. Gaurav holds a Certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University, an MBA in Innovation Strategy from IE Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours 2A) and a Bachelor of Information Technology from The Australian National University.
