Gaurav has also been a part of the founding team of Careem NOW, Careem's food delivery business, where he served as a Product Manager. He led the tech for the supply domain and the product for the B2B business, delivering the delivery-focused android app for captains and improving allocation, leading to a reduction in supply costs by over 20%. He also conceptualized and delivered the functionality of pooling for deliveries, leading to an improvement of supply efficiency by over 45%.
