He has also worked as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer in Airtel, where he managed customer's self-care experience journeys for Airtel web for all 5 major line of businesses. Gaurav has worked on various projects, including Airtel lite - TWA application, Airtel Payments, Recharge & Bill pay portals, and more. He has transitioned recharge & bill pay portals(prepaid, postpaid, dth & broadband) to ReactJS and solved business problems for web, ensuring business continuity, creating and maintaining journeys like "Easy recharge" & "Airtel super hero." He has also worked in the PWA initiative of the prepaid portal to ensure a smooth app-like experience for J&K customers with lower bandwidth.
