Gaurav Upreti is a skilled and experienced Computer Vision Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for bundling different aspects of computer vision and graphics into scalable software. With a deep understanding of Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Deep Learning, he is a fluent coder in both C++ and Python. Gaurav's professional journey began with Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects that utilized deep learning. He then transitioned into Computer Vision projects, also leveraging deep learning techniques. He has also implemented and optimized image processing algorithms using OpenCV C++. He went on to develop graphics for Augmented Reality projects using OpenGL and implemented image processing algorithms using the same. Along the way, he also developed Windows applications for his computer vision projects using C++ and worked on several Windows development projects. Currently working as a Computer Vision Engineer at Orbo, Gaurav has previously worked as an AI Developer at Xotiv Technologies. He holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee. He also attended Sainik School Ghorakhal, Nainital, for his secondary education.
