Gaurav Upreti is a seasoned Digital Strategy and Transformation consultant with over 7 years of experience in the industry. Currently working as a Senior Consultant at Cognizant, he is a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist who specializes in Surface Transport and is a data enthusiast. Gaurav has a strong background in managing Pre-Sales for Transportation, Manufacturing, and Logistics accounts in the UK and Continental Europe region. He is responsible for end-to-end bid management, including deal qualification, review, opportunity management, stakeholder management, deal analytics, creating and managing BD assets, leadership reviews, client visit management, orals preparation, contribution to thought leadership, and secondary research collaterals. Gaurav's expertise lies in solution development and articulation based on the scope and problem statement for bid sizes ranging from $1 mn to $100 mn, with a special focus on Transportation sub-domain. He has identified emerging tech trends, supported compliance initiatives, and mentored newcomers in his previous roles. In addition to his work at Cognizant, Gaurav is also an Angel Investor at Inflection Point Ventures. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He has also attended City Montessori School. With a strong background in research, Gaurav has experience working as a Research Scientist.
