Gaurav Verma is an Engineer at ANZ with a passion for learning and expanding his horizons. He believes in staying focused on all possibilities, valuing his relationships, spreading happiness, and seeing them all coming in several folds. Gaurav has a Master of Technology degree in the Department of Energy Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala. Gaurav has 2.12 years of relevant experience and has worked with top companies like L&T and Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. At L&T, he worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in the Transmission Line Business Unit, Power Transmission & Distribution. He worked on a 72 km 201 tower 765 kV D/C Hexa Conductor TL project worth 2 BN INR in Gujarat, where he tracked job cost reports, invoicing, and drawings. At Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Gaurav worked as an MTech Representative. He micromanaged design and logistics of E-convocation 2020 and Department sports apparel, including safe distribution during the pandemic. He conducted a department-wide survey to determine redundancies and include relevant electives from all departments, aligning with research trends of the department, for Post Graduate students (100+). He also represented the interest of department MTech students in monthly DPGC meet, Open houses, and even on an individual basis. Gaurav's tech stack includes Research Scientist and Infra. He is a quick learner and always ready to take up new challenges. Gaurav is a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. He is an asset to any organization he works for and strives to make a positive impact in everything he does.
