Gaurav Yadav is a talented Software Engineer with a passion for cryptography, systems security, network security, and algorithms. He is currently working at Fast Retailing, where he applies his skills to develop high-quality software solutions. Gaurav has a strong educational background, having completed a B.Tech + M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has also gained practical experience through internships and other projects. During his internship at Fortanix, Gaurav worked on developing a crate to generate Local Attestation Certificate Signing Request (CSR) in pem format for an enclave in SGX. He also designed an API to provide support for attestation and provide it as a bare metal library for linking it with C code. Additionally, he coded a crate to switch the Global Allocator to a custom allocator using a struct that provides malloc and free functions. At Brigham Young University, Gaurav researched OpenPGP Key-Management features of Yubikey for storing keys securely. He also tested various U2F validation servers against available virtual U2F tokens/Yubikey for general use. Furthermore, he designed a few implementations for Virtual U2F token which has the same security model. Gaurav is a highly skilled software engineer with 2.35 years of relevant experience. He has a strong foundation in software engineering and is proficient in various tech stacks.
