Gauresh Bane is a highly motivated and self-driven individual with over 17 years of experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently working as a Quality Assurance Automation Lead at Roche, he has previously worked with companies such as CLS Group and AutoGrid in leadership roles. Gauresh's expertise lies in designing, building, and end-to-end implementation of server-side automation frameworks using tools such as Cucumber, Ruby, Selenium, Postman for API testing, Shell, and Python scripting. He has worked in domains such as energy and finance and has a special interest in quality and project management. As a test lead, Gauresh is responsible for ensuring that the product meets the set standards and helps his clients improve product quality and testability. He thinks critically about a system, asks the right questions, raises concerns and issues, talks to all stakeholders, understands requirements, and writes elaborate test cases. He works closely with different product teams and challenges the development team on tight release timelines. Gauresh has managed remotely located teams and acted as a liaison between different teams.
