He has a good working knowledge of Hadoop and Spark ecosystems and has hands-on experience in HDFS, HIVE, IBM info-sphere (CDC), NIFI, Spark, and Flume. He is also proficient in Unix and Scala and has worked under Agile methodology. Gaurish has handled various projects to meet batch and near real-time data sourcing projects, and he is currently working under the banking domain, where he is aware of data confidentiality. He is a quick learner and a relentless worker who is always ready for challenges. He has also handled various clients by implementing scrum and brainstorming. Currently, Gaurish is working as a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, where he is responsible for developing and implementing big data solutions using Hadoop and Spark ecosystems. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Big Data Developer at Accolite and as a Software Engineer at Legato Health Technologies. Gaurish holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from SRM University, where he graduated in 2015. He also studied Mathematics and Computer Science at SKD Academy.
