Gautam Bhatia is an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition professional with over a decade of experience specializing in Tech, Product, Data Science, and Design hiring. He has a proven track record of hiring large numbers in a short time, and has worked in environments where hiring is directly coupled with straight business impacts and under tight timelines. Gautam has been blessed with the opportunity to hire and make an impact in the lives of millions by building tech teams for leading apps like Gaana, Wynk Music, Delhivery, ET Money, TOI, Dineout, NBT, and Colombia (ad server platform). Gautam is an experienced campus recruitment leader in his current and previous stints. He has not only worked as an individual contributor for hiring on leadership positions, but has also led teams to support business from the TA standpoint. He acts as an advisor to CTO and CEO, assisting the leadership team with hiring, planning, data, and analysis needs at all levels of the organization. Currently, Gautam is hiring and building a team at BukuWarung, where they are on a mission to impact 60 million users (MSME in Indonesia) and take this rocketship soaring. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at BukuWarung and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Eagleview, where he led the Talent Acquisition function for Technology, Product, Data Science, and Design. Gautam was actively involved in strategizing and hiring software engineers and interns via campus hiring programs. He also helped build the brand of Eagleview in IIT's, NIT's, BITS's, and premier private engineering colleges and led teams to support business from the TA standpoint. Gautam holds a PGDBA (HR & Marketing) from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning, Pune, and a BBA from Guru Nanak Dev University. He also completed an EPHRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Gautam's TechStack includes Data Scientist and Senior Software Engineer, and he has a relevant experience of 15.04 years.
