Gautam Jain is a highly skilled Frontend Developer and UI/UX Designer with over 4.5 years of experience in web development. He is a BITS Pilani alumnus who enjoys building products and playing with datasets to create something useful. Gautam has expertise in REST API development, responsive design, and working with various frontend and backend frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux, Tailwind, jQuery, Material-UI, Bootstrap, Express.js, and Flask. He is also proficient in working with databases like SQL and Neo4j and tools like ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, and DigitalOcean. Currently working as a remote contractor, Gautam has provided end-to-end services for early-stage startups and businesses such as FantasyGolfBag and Datopian. He has consulted and developed projects in different technologies including React, Redux, Node, Python, Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Redis. Gautam has also founded Lystof, where he planned roadmap, developed features, tracked growth metrics, managed prioritization and trade-offs between user experience and technical constraints, coordinated with a UI designer, formed a story, developed illustrations, and shipped out products. Gautam holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
