Gautam Khot is an experienced technology leader with a passion for building things from scratch. Currently serving as the CTO in residence at Brigade REAP, Asia's first and leading PropTech accelerator, Gautam is a part of the core team that helps #proptech companies build scalable and sustainable businesses. His expertise in real estate technology and startups has made him a valuable asset to the company. Prior to joining Brigade REAP, Gautam served as the Sr. Director & Country Manager, India at Act-On Software, Inc. where he provided technology and product leadership, as well as overall business and operations strategy out of India. He also co-founded Excellere, where he headed all technology development and ran a distributed team of engineers in two locations, ensuring minimal churn throughout the life of the company across both offices. Gautam built the key technology that powered Excellere's flagship training and testing offerings. Gautam's education history includes a Diploma in British Brewing Technology from Brewlab and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology. He has a diverse tech stack that includes experience as a Senior Software Engineer and in testing. With 28.70 years of relevant experience, Gautam has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any company he works with. His passion for building and his expertise in technology and startups make him a valuable addition to any team. In his free time, Gautam enjoys crafting his own beer as a craft brewer.
