He has improved the performance, scalability, and availability of the AV service for Citrix Files (ShareFile) Cloud-Native Anti-Virus Service, resulting in a COGS reduction of over 40%. Gavrish also rearchitected the Citrix Files (ShareFile) product, accelerating Upload/ Download performance by 30% and reducing the COGS by Millions. He implemented an Encryption system to protect 10 PB of data at rest in Data Centers for On-Premise, reorganized the way data collection is done, and improved auditing metrics and dashboards creation using Splunk, Sentry, and DataDog. He also simplified the migration of customer data between Data Stores by improving ETA and reliability by 20%, enabling better visibility of data transfer information. Additionally, Gavrish experimented with a PoC on online document editing and co-editing capabilities using Collabora. Before joining Citrix, Gavrish worked as a Placement Coordinator at PES University, where he guided peers in preparation for placements and played an active role in coordinating with recruiters of various companies during the placement season for the batch 2019. He was also the Informals head in PES University's flagship techno-cultural fest Aatmatrisha 2018, where he headed a team of 50 and worked across various cross-functional domains.
