Gayathri Devi K is a result-oriented professional with nearly 18 years of experience in global and in-country consultation, delivery management, solution architecture, and project management. With her expertise in HCM, she has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes across several product/technology. She is adept in partnering with clients and business units in the organization to ensure project delivery. Gayathri has successfully rolled out HCM solutions for several multinationals across several verticals/geographies including Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, and the United States of America. Her exemplary communication, goal-oriented, and persuasive skills have enabled her to liaise with global conglomerates. Currently, Gayathri is the Head of Operations at Bhushan Cars, a trusted pre-owned luxury/premium car marketplace. As an entrepreneur, her responsibility is to hire, train, and motivate employees. She oversees the daily routine and schedule of employees and monitors their performance. She also develops and creates marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Additionally, she is involved in preparing all sales and finance-related documents, including payroll records, vehicle deals, tax reports, and additions/changes to inventory in a timely and accurate manner. Gayathri's past experiences include being the Head of Operations at Bhushan Cars and Principal Consultant at Neeyamo, where she served as a single point of contact with ownership and accountability for all Workday related projects. Currently, she is working on Workday HRO accounts and payroll integrations. Gayathri holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physics from Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Research from IGNOU. Her relevant experience in the industry is 21.62 years.
