With almost three years of experience in the software industry, Gayathri has worked as a Software Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, specializing in car multimedia and HMI development of car infotainment systems. Gayathri is skilled in C++, Python, MySql, Microsoft Excel, Git, JIRA, and IBM SPSS. She is a quick learner and enjoys exploring new technologies and ideas. Gayathri firmly believes that any solution can be found in the problem itself, and it is all about perspective. Currently working as a Business Consulting Researcher at EY, Gayathri is conducting research on the framework for organization demergers with emphasis on IT project management. Her areas of research include TSA management, IT governance, IT infrastructure migration, cutover, and hypercare management. Prior to EY, Gayathri has worked as a Marketing and Product Management Intern at Triedge Solutions, where she worked on product GTM strategy for an online NGO club. Gayathri holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Model Engineering College, and a Higher Secondary degree from Abu Dhabi Indian School. She is expected to complete her Master of Business Administration in Digital and Telecom Management from Symbiosis Institute of Digital & Telecom Management in 2023.
