Gayathri Natarajan is a highly accomplished CEO and co-founder of Krosslinker, a deep-tech company that specializes in designing and developing advanced energy-efficient materials, specifically aerogel. With over 8 years of relevant experience, she has a proven track record of success in the field of chemical and bio-molecular engineering. Gayathri is a highly educated individual, having completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2015. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from Anna University in 2010. She also completed a Graduate Certificate Programme in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore. Before founding Krosslinker, Gayathri served as a Research Fellow at the Singapore Center for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, where she developed biological autotrophic nitrogen removal processes for energy and cost-efficient nitrogen removal in mainstream wastewater plants under tropical conditions. She also served as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First. As the CEO and co-founder of Krosslinker, Gayathri is responsible for leading the company's efforts in designing and developing advanced energy-efficient materials. Her first-of-its-kind integrated platform technology makes aerogel products accessible, sustainable, and affordable for thermal insulation applications in cold-chain, construction, industrial insulation, energy infrastructure, automotive, textile, and EV battery. Gayathri possesses a strong technical background and is highly skilled in infra and research scientist. Her passion for innovation and deep understanding of chemical and bio-molecular engineering have made her a valuable asset to the industry.
