She is recognized and respected for her expertise in hiring and managing Product Development, Product Testing, and Customer Engineering groups in both the US and India. With strong interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, Gayathri has a proven track record of successfully executing projects and strategies. Currently, Gayathri serves as the India Head at Pantheon Platform, where she leads a team of technologists and engineers. Prior to this, she co-founded and advised a stealth mode startup and served as an Engineering Director at Khoros. Gayathri's specialties include consumer web applications, mobile applications, tools, ad network, strategy, leadership, execution, offshore setup, and development in India.
