Gayatri Nair is a highly accomplished consultant with a strong background in strategy consulting across the technology, healthcare, and startup sectors. Currently working as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she has a proven track record of delivering results for clients across a range of industries. In her current role, Gayatri is responsible for driving sales acceleration for a leading IT company, operations debottlenecking for a PE-owned pharma asset, and designing and building greenfield refurb ops for an auto e-commerce unicorn. She has also successfully led org redesign projects to enable 2x scale up for a leading BPO company. Prior to joining BCG, Gayatri worked as a Senior Associate at the same company, where she gained valuable experience in strategy consulting. She has also worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she honed her technical skills and gained a deep understanding of the software engineering process. Gayatri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIM, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Theoretical Computer Science from PSG College of Technology.
