Gaytri Khatwani is a skilled Product Manager at Dell Technologies with over 4 years of experience in developing data-driven technology solutions. She started her journey in technology at the age of 8 when she helped her sister assemble their first computer, and since then, she has been a curious problem solver with a knack for finding solutions through technology. Gaytri pursued her undergrad in IT, where she grew from a shy introvert to a confident student leader, gaining exposure and confidence to stand up for her beliefs and make a difference. After completing her undergrad, Gaytri joined the Identity team at Dell as a Software Developer, where she primarily focused on developing solutions. However, she found herself interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify the gap areas in the legacy systems. Gaytri discovered her passion for understanding the bigger picture, assessing customers' pain areas, getting involved in decision making, and understanding the upstream and downstream impact on the end-users. She worked closely with product and project managers to drive multiple process improvement and data-driven automation initiatives. Gaytri's deep inclination to focus on the ‘WHY’ rather than ‘HOW’ motivated her to transition to Product Management. She enrolled in a master’s program that focuses on leadership as well as technical areas of the Product Development Lifecycle. Outside of work, Gaytri is on a mission to create awareness about food intolerances, which comes from her experience of living with celiac disease. With her 4+ years of experience playing various roles in the Software Development Lifecycle and Product Management Lifecycle, Gaytri is looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst role where she can bring her technical expertise and business acumen to build inclusive products.
