Geet Jain is an experienced SDET with over 5 years of experience in cloud native technologies. She has a strong background in application deployment with Kubernetes and has worked on multi-cloud platforms. Geet has expertise in test automation with Python (Pytest) for different cloud-based applications. Currently, Geet is the Engineering Lead at Persistent Systems, where she is responsible for leading the engineering team. Prior to this, she worked at Aqua Security as a QA Interoperability Engineer, where she gained valuable experience in working with cloud-native technologies. Geet also worked at Pramati Technologies as a Development Engineer, where she worked as an SDET Engineer for AT&T NC Cloud. As part of her role, she gathered features from the Design/Dev Team in the form of user stories and created/automated tests accordingly. She worked on multiple automation frameworks like Tempest for OpenStack, Sonobuoy for under cloud (Kubernetes), and Selenium for GUI scenarios. She also gained functional knowledge of OpenStack cloud platform, container runtime Docker, and container management tool Kubernetes. Geet used DevOps tools like Git, Gerrit, Ansible, Selenium, etc. Geet holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Thermal and Design Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where she graduated in 2016. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from RGPV, where she graduated in 2013. Geet's technical skills include SDET, Kubernetes, Python, Docker, DevOps, Golang, test, QA, Selenium, and Ansible. With 6.78 years of relevant experience, Geet is a seasoned professional who has a deep understanding of cloud native technologies and test automation.
