Geetanjali Khanna is a motivated problem solver who is passionate about creating positive impacts on people's lives through human-centered and socially responsible design. With a diverse educational background in Computer Science, Experience Design, and Research, she believes in instilling people-centricity to make the most of new-age technology and craft transformative experiences. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Design from the National Institute of Design, Bangalore, Geetanjali brings curiosity, a user-first mindset, and a structured yet adaptive process to her work. Geetanjali has 2.53 years of relevant experience in design research, data visualization & story-telling, and UX/Product Design for digital experiences. She previously worked as a UX Designer and Researcher at Zyla Health, where she established User Research as an integrated practice to drive KPIs with creative solutions and managed product development end-to-end from conducting qualitative research (both generative and evaluative), analysis, designing, and prototyping followed by usability testing and developer handover. She also crafted the patient-facing application experience and communication to solve the patient’s needs and build trust in the service by understanding their experience not just with Zyla’s service but their journey of living with a chronic condition. Currently, Geetanjali is working as a Student Intern at Curiosity Tank, where she conducted an end-to-end research study for UsabilityHub as a part of the Ask Like A Pro program. She also collaborated with business stakeholders to define the research scope and deliverables with the goal to enhance the user's experience with an existing product feature by evaluating the current user experience and identifying potential areas of improvement. She facilitated remote 1:1 interviews with target users to understand user behaviors and mental models and identify their pain points with the feature in their entire lifecycle. Geetanjali's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University School of Information and Communication Technology, GGSIPU, and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Design from the National Institute of Design, Bangalore. Her tech stack includes Research Scientist, test, designer, and product designer.
