Geetanjali Ohri is a Leadership Hiring expert, Coach, and Transition & Transformation Consultant with over two decades of experience in organizational and people diversity across a wide spectrum of Multinationals, Indian businesses, and start-ups. She has developed the ability to accurately identify business and talent pain-points and develop customized solutions to address them. As a coach, Geetanjali supports founders, promoters, and business leaders on critical skills such as cognitive thinking, vision alignment, business communication, and performance dialogues. She helps organizations and individuals in their journey to connect with their purpose and re/discover their potential. Geetanjali also works with people in uniform/veterans who want to introspect and explore alternate avenues to be able to redefine, reorient, and realign and find the north star. Geetanjali is a qualified Design Thinking and Six Sigma professional. She has been recognized as India's Top Customer Experience Professional and India's Top Content and Brand Custodian. An ardent behavior science student, she applies the principles in people and customer experience, which help in bridging the gap/s between customer expectations and organization processes/products. Geetanjali leads Talent North's People Advisory, Management Transformation, and Individual Transition practice and co-leads the firm's Talent Mapping, Executive Search, and Leadership Hiring practice. She is also a Board Advisor and supports companies in Succession Planning.
