She is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung, where she is involved in the development of 5G Core Network and EPC Development. Her expertise lies in the design and development of microservices based applications that are deployed on Kubernetes platform, as well as service-based RESTful applications in Cloud Native environment. Geetha has extensive knowledge on REST architecture, ConfD, Redis, Protocol Buffer, Kafka message queue, and has worked on the development of NF Simulator using open-source framework (Vertx) for interworking with AMF and SMF applications. She has also worked on feature development for MME node, showcasing her versatility in handling different projects. Prior to Samsung, Geetha has worked at Cisco as a Software Engineer, where she was involved in the development of 5G Core Network - SMF node. She has experience in developing Microservice architecture based 5G NSA SMF, orchestration using dockers and Kubernetes, feature development using Golang, and exposure to 3GPP specifications. She also has experience on 5G converged core architecture along with EPS interworking for 4G and 5G subscribers. Geetha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University, where she graduated in 2014. She also completed her higher secondary education from SRV Higher Secondary School in 2008. Her tech stack includes Kubernetes, Microservices, Golang, Redis, Kafka, and Mobile.
