Geethu Mohandas is a highly motivated Post and Pre Silicon WLAN Validation Engineer at Qualcomm with over 7 years of relevant experience. Geethu has effectively contributed towards the goals of the organization and is always looking for opportunities to broaden her skill set. Currently, Geethu is working as a Post and Pre Silicon WLAN Validation Engineer at Qualcomm, where she focuses on system-level testing of MAC protocols, MAC host interface, HAL-MAC software, as well as performance testing using WLAN Qualcomm infrastructure on simulation and emulation. Her responsibilities include validating system features and performances, replicating, isolating, and locating HW defects, and supporting system bring up and performance. Prior to Qualcomm, Geethu worked at Broadcom as a Post Silicon Digital Validation Engineer, where she was responsible for functional and physical level testing of Bluetooth core, bringing up bench test setups for post-silicon validation of LDOs and Power Management Unit, and designing test plans for the verification of new hardware changes on Bluetooth Over UART and PCIe. Geethu has a PG Diploma in VLSI and Embedded Hardware Designing from the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Calicut, and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. She also has a Technical Higher Secondary degree in Science-Electronics from Model Technical Higher Secondary School and completed her High School education from FACT Township High School Eloor. Geethu's tech stack includes test, infra, and Senior Software Engineer. She is a mentor and provides guidance to new members in different teams.
