George CJ is an experienced technical leader with a demonstrated history of working in solving complex systems. He is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Freshworks, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software systems. George has a diverse skill set that includes Java, MySQL, Microservices, AWS, and more. Before joining Freshworks, George worked as an Architect at Capillary Technologies. He worked with a smaller team to solve complex problems, building new services and fine-tuning them for optimal performance. He was also responsible for all database activities at Capillary Technologies, such as data migrations, upgrades, and others. George worked on various engineering experience projects like setting up CI, Security, etc. during his tenure at Capillary. George has also worked as a Lead Engineer at Twitter, where he developed the customer portal and billing service. Reporting was an additional responsibility he took up during his tenure at Twitter. George holds a B Tech degree in Computer Science from MA College. He also attended St. Thomas' College HSS and St. Joseph’s Model Boys HSS.
