George Jacob is a passionate developer with over 5 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Tools and Productivity Engineer at Faire, George loves to tackle problems that have no pre-existing solutions. His love for coding stems from the thrill of carving his own path and bringing something new to the table. Aside from coding, George also has an interest in photography and video editing. Prior to Faire, he worked as a Software Development Engineer at Magnet Forensics and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. As a TA, he was responsible for resolving queries related to coursework, grading student response sheets for exams, monitoring laboratory functioning, and conducting tutorial sessions. George holds a Master of Applied Sciences in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. He also completed his Higher Secondary Education in Computer Science from Sree Narayana Public School. With a focus on backend and software engineering, George's tech stack includes a wide range of skills and knowledge. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow as a developer.
