Currently, Ghanshyam is a Software Engineer lll at Avaya, where he is responsible for developing and designing software systems. He has also worked as a Software Engineer ll at Avaya and as a Module Lead- Product Development at Goldensource in the past. Ghanshyam is a graduate of Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where he earned a BE degree in Electronics in 2004. He also attended C-DAC, Pune.
