Gharmanshu Turkar is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 2.20 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as an SDE 1 at Amazon India. Gharmanshu is a 5th-year undergraduate student of the Department of Mechanical Engineering enrolled in its Dual degree course of B.tech in Manufacturing Science and Engineering with M.tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Gharmanshu's expertise lies in software engineering, Spring Boot, Spring, Javascript, MySQL, microservices, backend, and testing. He has a strong background in software development and has worked on various projects that have helped him hone his skills. In his current role at Amazon, Gharmanshu is a part of the Performance Advertising Tech team, where he has built a micro-service based on Spring boot with an API controller and MySQL database with JPA (Hibernate). He has also designed a user interface using a react javascript framework with bootstrap linked with the back-end server based on spring boot. Prior to Amazon, Gharmanshu worked at Agnext as a Robotics Team Member, where he designed a Conveyor mechanism with idler to process images from both sides of a conveyor belt using Pi-camera array. He also optimized the relative speed between hopper and conveyor for obtaining well-resolved images in 60fps camera. Gharmanshu designed a sophisticated Rack-pinion steering tire turning mechanism with chassis design and Ansys Simulation, and a Ground-Bot used for Pesticide control through Sprayer at different elevation in Green-Houses. Gharmanshu's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Manufacturing Engineering with Master's in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate (C.B.S.E.) in Mathematics from Ira International and a Secondary School Certificate (C.B.S.E) in Mathematics from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Overall, Gharmanshu is a highly motivated and skilled software engineer with a passion for solving complex problems. He is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
