With a focus on bringing wellness and recovery through personal care delivery to millions of care recipients, families, and primary caregivers, Homage offers a holistic range of non-medical and medical solutions, including disability assessments and care planning, personal care assistance, skilled nursing procedures, and rehabilitation services like physio-, speech, and occupational therapy. In addition, Homage Health provides medical add-ons like health screening, mobile medicine, telemedicine, ambulance, and medication delivery. Gillian is a visionary leader who is passionate about solving the acute care worker shortage and increasing accessibility to much-needed support for those living with chronic illnesses. She believes that caregiving is a highly impactful and important vocation that requires intense commitment, a growth mindset, technology, and laser focus. At Homage, she empowers care professionals to skill up, grow meaningful income, and get the protection and support they need to provide the type of care we can trust our own loved ones with. Before founding Homage, Gillian was an Advisor and Angel Investor at Antler, where she supported entrepreneurs in developing economies, including Africa, Cambodia, and the Philippines, as well as more developed markets like Singapore. She was also the Co-Founder of Rocketrip, Inc., a professional travel personalization platform that provided a reward, engagement, and behavioral incentive-based system to make business travel as cost-efficient as personal travel. Gillian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence Specialization) from the University of Melbourne. She is also a graduate of Y Combinator and 500 Startups. Gillian has 13.77 years of relevant experience and is skilled in mobile technology.
