Ginny Rani is an accomplished technocrat with almost a decade of experience in project management, product and software development, data management, and production support across the telecom, finance, and aviation sectors. She has gained international exposure by visiting Switzerland for business requirements gathering, technical transition, and business meetings with a key focus on achieving organizational goals. As the Founder of SearchMyTenders.com, Ginny has acted as an account operator from transition to delivery and implemented service quality improvement systems. She has managed process enhancements, application development and management tools, and increased overall productivity. Ginny has spearheaded the entire gamut of software development projects, production support projects, service management, enhancement and maintenance projects, and product development. Ginny has showcased excellent people management skills by leading a team of 10 members for two product development projects (CAS and LMS) while steering the management of product development end-to-end, planning new features, technical decisions, and architectural reviews. She has the capability to consult while providing thought leadership to business stakeholders in solving business processes and/or technical problems. Currently, Ginny is the Founder of Aero Telcom at aero telcom solutions private limited. In the past, she has worked as a Product cum Project Manager at smartulb.in and as a Delivery Manager at Value Innovation Labs. Ginny holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. She also completed her high school education at Holy Cross School, Bokaro Steel City. With almost 10 years of relevant experience, Ginny is a skilled software engineer with a proven track record of success in various industries.
