Gireesh Subramaniam is a seasoned product development professional with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end product development, from ideation to design to implementation and revenue scaling. He has a proven track record of building successful products and leading high-performing teams. Gireesh began his career in 2007 as a software engineer, writing code for optical network routers and communication gateway products at Cisco and Motorola. In 2010, he started his own venture, Warmbluke, where he was responsible for product development, business development, sales, and customer success. From 2011 to 2014, Gireesh worked as a product manager for Bing Shopping/Product Search experiences. He then joined Helpshift as the Chief Product Officer, where he helped redefine the way companies communicate with their customers in the mobile-first world. He managed the engineering, product, and design teams and built the engineering team from 25 to 60 in just one year. Gireesh was the main point of contact for companies like Microsoft, Zynga, and Supercell. For the past five years, Gireesh has been leading product, engineering, and business for the Freshdesk suite at Freshworks. He was responsible for the business and product strategy for the support suite of products, including Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller, Freshsuccess, and Freshdesk Omnichannel. He was also responsible for the revenue and overall product strategy and roadmap. Currently, Gireesh is the Vice President of Product and Engineering at Zeta, where he is leading the Tachyon suite of SaaS products. Zeta is building cloud-native infrastructure to modernize banks and fintechs. Gireesh's expertise in product management, mobile, search, and infra is well-suited to his current role. Gireesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from PSG College of Technology. He is an experienced product development professional with a passion for building successful products and leading high-performing teams.
