He also developed WebRTC Call Quality Monitoring Software In-House, saving $1 million YoY and developed PCI Call Redaction Software In-House, saving Thousands of Dollars YoY. Additionally, he was a key member of the team that developed TurboTax SmartLook service that connects Intuit customers with live Care agents using one-way video technology.
