Gitrajit Takhelmayum is a skilled DevOps Developer with expertise in Python Development, Cloud Infrastructure Automation, Ansible Development, and AWS and Openshift Certification. With over 11 years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, architecture, design, and development of automation framework for Cloud Infrastructure, he has worked on IaC, IaaS, PaaS platform, and web-based applications. He has more than one year of onsite experience, having spent 10 months in the UK and two months in Germany. Gitrajit is a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (2021-2024), Openshift 4.5 Certified (2021), AWS Solution Architect Certified (2019), and ITIL Foundation Certified. He has also attended an Ansible workshop at Fast Lane in Germany. Currently working as a DevOps Developer at IBM, Gitrajit is responsible for designing and developing Backend API Microservices using Python and Flask. He also automates the helm chart to deploy containers in Openshift or Kubernetes Cluster, designs and develops automation frameworks for Ceph4 storage deployment/Installation, and automates the complete process for OS installation on bare metal and spinning up VM using KVM. He has also contributed to openstack13 Automation. In the past, Gitrajit has worked as a Senior Automation Engineer (DevOps, Python/Flask, Ansible, Docker, MySQL) at Amadeus, where he led the Development and Designs for Infrastructure Automation Team. He also worked on Oracle Fusion Applications as an IT Senior Consultant at Oracle, where he created scripts/modules using Python, WLST, and Unix Shell for Operation Team BAU and supported the Oracle cloud for all the Fusion Application(SAAS). Gitrajit holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and has also attended TTUS. He has a strong technical background in DevOps, Ansible, AWS, Python, Infra, Flask, Docker, MySQL, Web, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Backend.
