He discovered his love for coding during his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, where he spent most of his time rectifying syntax errors. However, Python rolled in to salvage his dream, and he started exploring new technologies, which eventually led him to bag two full-time opportunities in India's biggest MNCs in his final year of Engineering. Glen is an individual who believes in the process of learning and has failed on many occasions, persevered, and bounced back to succeed, which has developed him into a skilled professional who can face complex challenges. Glen is an excellent communicator and enjoys having conversations on emerging new tech or switching to gripping talks in the world of football (Soccer) if it gets monotonous. Glen's technical skills include programming languages such as Python, C++, R, Java, Go, JavaScript, and Clojure, with expertise in data structures and algorithms, SQL, data science, data visualization, and analytics. He is proficient in web frameworks such as Flask, Django, and Tkinter and databases such as MySQL, SQLlite3, Oracle SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB. Glen also has experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React. Apart from his passion for coding, Glen also has an inclination towards music and football. He has worked with TCS in the past, where he was responsible for proposing innovative and analytical solutions to the customer with data engineering and data science. He also developed a deep-learning based Resource Allocation and Prediction tool for job deployments in Python that reduced resource wait time and congestion by 75%. Glen has also received a Special Recognition Award for creating a Deep Learning-based OCR Model and was elevated to Digital Cadre from Ninja post-DCA assessment and interview.
