Gopesh Verma is a seasoned technology professional with over 13 years of experience in product management, technology business, cloud and DevOps, data and digital strategy, go-to-market, P&L, strategy, business development, client relationship, presales and delivery, change management, and people success and happiness. He has set up and led geographic as well as technology (practice) focused business units for tech services organizations. Gopesh is the Vice President and Cloud & DevOps Business Unit Head at Appinventiv, one of the fastest-growing digital product engineering companies with mobility, cloud, DevOps, customer experience, blockchain, and new age tech at its center stage. He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives at the organization, setting up and scaling the Cloud and DevOps Business Unit, and overseeing end-to-end P&L, delivery, tech innovation, business development, team, operations, and partnerships for Cloud & DevOps BU. Prior to Appinventiv, Gopesh was the Vice President of Product & Technology Engineering at Mynd Integrated Solutions, where he led the tech of the FAO Business vertical. In a short stint at Mynd, he embarked upon the tech transformation journey by driving initiatives like Agile transformation, DevOps implementation, Zendesk implementation, delivery process improvements, and new product and platform discovery, strategy, and roadmap. Gopesh is also the co-founder, mentor, and investor at mykates, the world's first Edu Connect Platform. He has successfully set up data and analytics practice within the past organization and has strong experience in the implementation of large-scale technology projects. He has delivered many successful projects in varied domains such as travel, leasing, e-commerce, healthcare insurance, and government and has strong expertise in creating and implementing outsourcing/offshore strategies and teams for IT functions. Gopesh is a strong proponent of agile methodologies and is capable of building and managing multiple large-sized teams and projects of diversified technology stack. He is a product and solution specialist with deep experience in crafting digital, consumer-facing, and B2C/B2B products. He has a special interest in strategies and processes for key functions of the organization. Gopesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from IEC CET, Greater Noida, India.
