He is responsible for compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values. Gopinathan works as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the full-cycle recruiting process. Gopinathan has a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Alagappa University. He also has a Diploma of Education in Civil Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy and completed his SSLC from E.R Higher Secondary School.
