Gorav Bhootra is a polyglot programmer and a rockstar manager with over a decade of experience delivering software solutions built in Ruby on Rails and Elixir. He has worked in diverse roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Solutions Architect, Delivery Head, and Developer delivering projects including ERP systems and Business Apps, Online Marketplaces, Social Networking, and Ecommerce Apps. Gorav has extensive experience in growing teams, including mentoring junior developers and freshers, and he believes that the future of tech lies in developing a talent pool that has the flexibility to adapt to changes in tech while leveraging their ability to creatively implement relevant solutions. Currently, Gorav is working as a Technical Consultant (Volunteer) at the Heartfulness Institute, where he has been developing and maintaining an app for the global Spiritual organization for over three years. The app focuses on nomination, data processing, and training of meditation trainers and includes a Learning Management System as one of the modules. The app is built in Elixir and Phoenix framework.
