Gorla Uhasree is a highly ambitious and motivated MBA graduate with a major in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. With a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Jodhpur, Gorla has a strong foundation in both Finance and IT. She has 3.52 years of relevant experience in the industry and is currently working as a Business & Integration Arch Team Lead at Accenture. Gorla is a CFA Level 2 candidate and has also completed an Executive program in Business Administration and Management from IÉSEG School of Management. During her tenure at Accenture, she was awarded the ACE (Accenture Celebrates Excellence) Award in Q1, FY20 Individual in Client and Customer Category for consistent delivery. She led the execution of the NA leadership initiative - 360 Degree DELIVERY Gamification for accounts in West and Canada Market Units. Gorla was also responsible for financial analysis on ATCI contracts across CMT IG monthly which is used by ATCI leadership for the strategy planning. Gorla has a diverse range of skills including Integration, Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering, and Web. She has also worked as a Summer Intern at Cogoport where she performed industry analysis on available data and provided recommendations on focus areas of Cogo freight in Mumbai city. She worked along with Key Account Managers in contacting clients, creating RFQ’s, enquiries and sending emails for engaging the customers. Gorla also designed and implemented several flows of chatbot on Cogo portal for different kinds of users on multiple web pages in various scenarios and assisted in composing different kinds of email templates that customer receives when he forwards into different phases of the customer cycle. Gorla is looking to develop her career in Finance & IT and is seeking new opportunities to further her professional growth.
